Your new website is not work , i could not place my order since your company changed a new website, pls check and fix your website bug problem especially in step 3, press the button place the order, not turn and hanged in screen, i complained many times but no one say is your company problem. I tried use firefox, chrome, ie etc. The problem is the same, Also, I cleared the cookies is still not work. However, I used japan Rakuten , I could pay by paypal and visa. It is obviously that is your website not work !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately It never arrived but the product I have used before is amazing. Hoping it is still coming but they never sent me a email yet to say it’s been sent so I think they forgot about my order it cost me $75 NZ.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same products and immediately realized what I had done , it was 7:10 pm so I went back into the order to cancel one of the orders .There was NO OPTION to cancel the order. Next I tried to call and have it cancelled and got a recording that the order center was closed for the day. The next morning i called as soon as you were open and was told it couldn't be cancelled due to the fact it had already been pulled for shipping over nite! This was upsetting enough, but then i was told to refuse one of the orders when they came so that was a trip to the post office. At the post office i could NOT get any form of proof I had refused the package and have had to keep calling you to see if you have it . I still have not been credited back to my credit card and you were able to see the last time I called it is on its way to you. The representative told me I would have the refund back to my card in 2-3 days and that was on March 23rd. - still no credit and received an email from you stating it may take 1-2 billing cycles to see it in my Capital One account!! This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

As a tinnitus remedy, it failed. Actually all tinnitus remedies fail because modern medicine and natural healing modalities have not figure it out yet. My tinnitus is generated from cochlear damage. It would be much more genuine if the remedy company would simply state its limited effectiveness and sale product from a more honest and transparent platform. Tinnitus is a challenging affliction and folks looking for any hope at all are soft targets for the herbal healing industry. I will say the product has good stuff in it and it’s taste is palatable.
