Although the items I ordered were on backorder for a long period of time, the Native Remedies representative stayed in contact with me and provided immediate responses to my requests for updates regarding my orders. Of course, the backorder was understandable because of the pandemic which we are all experiencing. Thank you to the Native Remedies representative Dottie.

My only complaint is that if you sign up for the auto ship you are charged for the 3rd bottle. So I have to sign up for auto ship to get the percent off and get the 3rd bottle free. Then I have to cancel autoship before my next delivery. Then I do it all over again. Makes no sense????
