I would give u 5 stars but….
I would give u 5 stars because ur customer service is so good - but u don’t send timely reminders of upcoming autoship orders. Twice I have had unneeded & unwanted remedies show up …. & then had to struggle to cover the unexpected cost.

Hi Dorothy, It looks like you have one product set up for every 12 weeks but the other one for every 4 weeks. If you log into your account, go to My Subscriptions and you can change quantity, frequency of delivery, skip a delivery or cancel. Call me if you have any problems, Dottie

Unfortunately at this time it has not made any difference.
I haven't used all of the product, but I've been using it and does not seem to have made any difference in my tinnitus. Once I finish all of the product, I'll report back.

We bought the C-Caps to help our dog…
We bought the C-Caps to help our dog who has bladder cancer. The initial results were good, not active and appeared to be fine. About 60 days in he developed itching and red spots so we had to take him off the product.

Bought product
Bought product, paid for it then they started charging my card $14.95 a month for two months. They did refund $14.95 but not the second $14.95 on my card. Not impressed as they did not get my permission for the 2 charges. Just thankful I caught it in time.

Early days yet
I've only been using/taking the tinnitus aid for about 45 days. Within that period I've had about 2 hours without the annoying noise. Hopefully this is a sign that the mixture is beginning to help me. Will let you know if I have further improvements. Thank you.

Payed extra for priority shipping still…
Payed extra for priority shipping still received it 6 weeks later. I know the post office is extra screwed up now but if your going to be payed for it shouldn’t make sure it goes with a carrier that can get to the customer in a reasonable time?

Horrible Customer Service
Products work, but manufacturing process seems to have changed making the tablets rock hard and difficult to crush. Customer Service is awful and responses are rude. Rating is based on the combination of products and customer service.
