I sweat a lot when I'm hot, so I really needed something to help me and I thought I had struck gold when I found this product but it didn't work out that way for me. I used this product under my tongue, for several months, and I hated having to use it because it smelled and tastes horrible! I also got super grossed out when randomly my friend pointed out that their is animal/animal derivatives in this product. I immediately threw it away. This may work for others but not for me.
