I think you need to work on a better shipper. To Hawaii for some reason it take a long time to get here, usually 3days, not acouple weeks. Please use USPS. You have a great product (UTI) it’s works right away, when I ran out, I gave another company a chance, but discontinued that company and went back to Native Remedies. My dog was 15 1/2 years and had to put him to sleep acouple days ago. Thank you for your product it made my dogs last 6 months a comfortable one. Aloha.

I love your products but they are too high in cost. I am a senior citizen who doesn't make much money and I hope I can continue to afford your product.

Your updated website still gets my Subscriptions (for years) in the wrong pricing. No matter how many times I deactivate the Subscription and reactivate it with the correct pricing, it goes back to the wrong Subscription. Your customer rep tells me to redo it when I'm ready to reorder, but that's exactly what the previous customer rep did with we online the day after the website update took place.

Easy to use website and there is always a sale going on. Prompt shipping and the products are packaged well.

A very understanding company with some great products! They are very responsive and quick to accommodate if someone has a sensitivity, like myself. Only four stars since I had an allergy to the product I received and was unable to try the other two due to the company not having them in stock.

We took our male dog to the vet with some issues he was having and they found that he had an enlarged prostate gland. And they put him on some B that didn't help. So I went on the internet hoping to get something for him to help him. I found ProsPet Drops by Pet Alive and we were amazed in him almost immediately. He isn't as jiddery as he was and has a lot better overall attitude. he was always very reserved, he is so much more friendly not so timid. We have bought our 2 bottle and will continue to give to him. We have not had him back to the vet for a check up but we are looking forward to hear that all is much better.
