I ordered the bright spark in early November, it is now almost January and it is still on back order. I wasn’t notified of it being back ordered until after I processed my order and it was supposed to be in on December 15. December 18 I finally emailed them and they advised it was pushed until January 15. We’ll see if it comes in.

Ordered an item in Oct. but still have not received it.

I did not notice any significant results after using both Native Remedies eye, and ear drops. Also, I thought the prices of the products was very expensive, But thought I'd give them a try at least once.

I have been using Focus Formula for my son and daughter since they were about 5 or 6. Like stated in the reviews before I became a customer, this stuff was working(3wks) and I noticed a positive change as did their teachers and we all noticed a difference when they were off of it for a week or longer. My children are now 10 and 9. For the most part, I have always ordered 3 because you get the 3rd bottle free. I am very unhappy that I use to pay $88.59, which was hard to do....and that's with the taxes and shipping. Now, every since Feb 2020 I have been paying $92.67 for the same 3 bottles that are only 2 oz each. I did notice that at the end of Feb when I ordered again for the second time that month my new price went back down to $88.59 again. March and April I also paid $88.59. However, June 2020-Sep 2020 I have been paying $92.67. So, since I am paying about $100 twice a month I have decided to do what I thought I could not afford to do which is to take this money and pay for a Spect Scan for my son to really learn his brain and get exactly what he needs. I have called and spoke with customer service as well but I still do not have clarity nor do I like paying different prices from month to month. I don't even look at the coupons anymore and get excited because that is a joke. I am better off rejecting the coupon and just ordering a third bottle for free. I feel like Native Remedies is forcing me to spend elsewhere starting with a scan for my son and daughter...

I placed an order six days ago but have not gotten any notice, other than the order confirmation, on the status of shipment. I've ordered from these folks before and am OK with the product, just wish I knew where it is.

I give them a two, because it is my fault I did not read the small print. Their product is great, but lookout when you check out. They offer a $10.00 incentive for signing a 30 free trial for their VIP rewards. So, because I was in a hurry I did not read it well and did not cancel so I have been billed $14.95 since December 2019. I not received any rewards and what other company has you pay for a reward system for spending money on their product? What a rip off.

This time was not good at all. One representative first of all did not know what she was doing and giving me a hard time. Always thought they were better then this. My package had a label created at 4;45pm yesterday. So at the time I spoke to reps the package had not shipped. They kept on saying it did. Just because you have a tracking number does not mean shipped. Even a label being created the package is not in transit. Shipped means in transit, in Ups’s hands.

Customer service is slow, they have yet to reply regarding returning this product for refund. I emailed them on 2 June 2020; today's date is 17 June. I stated to them that the product is unopened. lp______ AZ
