I ordered thyrosoothe from them, and as much as I was hoping it would work, my thyroid was to far gone. I suffer from hyperthyroidism, and have now gotten on prescriptions. Shipping is Always longer than the consumer would like. You can pay extra for faster shipping. In today's worked you would think a company can offer better shipping at no extra cost. We need the product for our pets. BUT the products I have purchased work very well even when vet medicine didn't. Reviews from customers seem to be accurate.
