You were offered the opportunity to either use the code you were sent for Buy 1/Get 1 free (special limited offer on 2 Mucus-Clear) or to use the Buy 2/Get 1 free by ordering 3. We were trying to explain that you could have returned the order that you placed in error and placed a new order using one of the promotion options, but you chose not to do that. We cannot send out free products to customers. These generous discounts must be activated at the time of order. Hello, I am very sorry that you did not get good answers from our representative. The auto-delivery subscriptions are set up for the customer to control. It looks like she was trying to explain for you to log into your account and make changes from "My Subscriptions". We never want our customers to be frustrated and I apologize that this system was not more user-friendly and the representative was not more helpful.
