So far I am happy to say that the FCV Granules and the Respo-K Tablets work. They are controlling the symptoms of the feline herpes virus which is exactly what I was hoping for. This virus does not have a cure but can be controlled with these products. I rescued a 6 month old kitten and she has this virus which causes the eyes to water bad and also affects the nasal airways. It is contagious between cats and I have another one in the house who has been affected by this now. I needed to find a way to control this without having to visit the vet all the time for eye drops. The first day we did the 1 tablet every hour for 6 hours up to bedtime. We did not notice a difference. The next day we did 1 tablet in the morning right before school and 1 tablet at 3pm when he came home from school. Major meltdown. Then we realized he was supposed to be taking 2 tablets 3xs per day and the next day we implemented the increased dosage. Great results. We do notice the effectiveness wearing off during a crucial period of transition right at the end of the school day. We hope the change is consistent as we like the results so far.
