I ordered 3 products & all 3 contained products known to cause cancer. can't believe that you can sell these items. I thought your products were made from herbs & all natural remedies. I have returned all & at my expense. totally disgusted don fitzpatrick

Dear Donald, Proposition 65 is a unique California law that requires businesses to include a warning on any products that contain quantifiable amounts of over eight-hundred possible chemicals, many of which are naturally occurring. This law is unique to only the state of California. The purpose of Proposition 65 is to notify consumers that they are being exposed to chemicals that are known to cause cancer and/or reproductive toxicity. However, a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. This warning is the same one that is found throughout hotels, gas stations, airports, golf courses, public parks, and other public buildings found throughout the state. Since our products are sold in California, this warning must be included with each product that contains even traces of any of these chemicals. The presence of this warning in no way indicates that the product is unsafe or that it may be harmful. Product sold by Native Remedies meet all applicable safety standards established by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
