I have an automatic shipment of a product that I have used for years. However, the shipping method you use is AWFUL. It is a very small package of one bottle of your product. My package was shipping from Wisconsin to Michigan. By regular mail, that would take 1-2 days. Instead, you shipped via UPS (which took about 4 days) to get from Wisconsin to Grand Rapids, MI. Then it was transferred from UPS to the US Postal Service. The USPS took 5 days to get it from the post office 35 miles away to me--because they sent it to Ohio, back to Allen Park, MI to Lansing, MI to me. Surely you must have better shipping options for a tiny package to a customer that does repeat business with you all year long. VERY disappointed! I did call Customer Service, and they gave me a $10 credit, but I can only use it if I phone in an order, not online. Again, not impressed by that either. Your products have been great, but this last experience was poor.

My order of 2 items was cancelled. I was taking adavantage of discount & free shipping.....what a disappointment!

good product, worked well on the runny eyes problem but not so much on the runny nose. Would buy again.

I have tried ecco slim with no reaukt. I have also used vertical free for years with good results so I keep on with it.

Pleased with my transaction. I had to contact Native Remedies because I had not received an acknowledgement for receipt of payment. My email was replied to immediately with the information I was looking for. Very happy.
