Service and shipping great, product didn't help my dog.
The 2 products I purchased just didn't do anything for my beagle with Cushings desease. Probably works for some, but not mine. Fast shipper and friendly service.

In an effort to provide the best shipping services for the best value for our customers, we use UPS SurePost and Mail Innovations for our economy shipping. These methods can be a tad slower as they are first shipped to your local post office by UPS and then delivered by USPS. Auto Order
I set up and auto order for some of my kids supplements and I received an email telling me it was coming up and to move it out (if needed) to go online and do so. I was NOT able to find anything on the site to do this. So I reached out to Customer Service via email and they were not able to locate my information based on my email. Seriously? I don't have the time to call in and sort this out - so I got the auto-shipment and the supplements will just go unused at a sort of expensive price. Otherwise, I like their supplements.

Formula for cat sneezing.
Have been working with it for a couple of weeks, some days are okay but she is still sneezing a lot on other days.

Remedies take too long to work
I have bought quite a number of natural remedies from this site, but I find that they take much too long to work, if they ever work.

Maybe a 1 time thing
I made a purchase of CushEX - S and CushEX-M ,but it was on back order until end of October. So i got the product elsewhere and canceled the order but it was shipped anyway.

Good product. Terrible online ordering
Love the products. But I have to call my order in each time. Ordering online I get billed twice or the total is completely wrong at check out. Fustrating

Good remedies, bad turnaround time
Most of the remedies are good, some not so much. What I really don't like about ordering directly from Native Remedies is that it takes very long to get an order out (about seven or eight days) and the tracking information is sketchy at best. They really need to ship directly through USPS and not mess around with other carriers. I'll continue to use some of the remedies, but will order from other sites, often with a much lower cost.
