I ordered this product on12/28 and it supposed was delivered to the USPS on 1/17. Even it it had arrived then, that is way to long for USPS shipments. We've had several deliveries since 1/17 and that is not one of them.

I'm guessing the higher costs of products is due to separate parts to company. I found another company offering same product for less and they don't have my information saved in different areas. When I make changes to my account, it is received and updated immediately. Making autoship happen with no problems.

Although the product that I ordered is back ordered, this was not communicated to me over roughly two and one half weeks. In fact, I had to call your offices to learn of this. Back order notifications to your clients should be automatically sent. A second point has to do with the errors that I noted in the address information, both in the billing and mailing. This I discussed with your customer service. Finally, I note that this opinion request has been sent to the person at the mailing destination, rather than me, your customer.

My only issue with my last order I placed 12/30/16, is that i never heard anything about why my order was never shipped out. So on 1/17/17 I finally contacted and was quickly responded to and told my order was "backorder until the 02/24/2017. Please note this is a tentative timeframe and subject to change." I just would have appreciated to be contacted sooner and not have had to do it myself!

I put in an order and it was on back order. I had to wait 3 months. Great product but terrible service. Won't be shipped until 2/24/17. I ordered it in December 2016. Seems like an excessive wait for their product.

I recently ordered three items from Native Remedies. I received two of them in a reasonable amount of time about a week ago. When the last item did not come for several days, I called them and was told the item was on back order. I never received an email indicating this nor have I received an email that any of the items were shipped. I tried to check my order on line and was unable to do so. I guess you need to set up an account to check your order. I couldn't do it with my order number. NR really needs to work on their shipping communications! And website for checking on orders.

Just okay. Out of stock on the item I was looking for. Will shop elsewhere next time.

Native Remedies are untrustworthy when it comes to honoring their participation in the speedy rewards program through Speedway. Although I have inquired several times as to why, at first, I receive the alloted point values through the program, and then Native Remedies decide to strip the points away about two weeks later with no explanation whatsoever is beyond my reasoning. At least give a reason for slighting a customer of something they work very hard to obtain. Watch fellow patrons as I am sure I am not theonly one getting ripped off.
