The pancreas booster arrived today, 14 days after it was ordered. Unfortunately our beloved dog Amber died before we could give it to her. She took a bait on the weekend. It was a bit disappointing that the herbal contents were not defined in terms of the dosage % or grams (as similar products are outlined in Australia), just a list of the herbs. It was good to see that the product does not expire until 2022.

I was disappointed that after ordering and paying for my last order on April 1st, I received several confirmations of the order, but no shipping notice. When I callled after waiting nearly three weeks, I was told the product was out of stock and would not be shipped for another three weeks. I would have appreciated being notified of this earlier, especially since I get emails from Native Remedies nearly every day. I was also told that PayPal payments are taken out immediately, regardless of how long it takes to fill the order, which I find very disturbing.

My neighbor has been buying Mucous Clear at a fair price. He truly likes the product. He does not have a computer and so I have been ordering it for him under my credit card but addressed to him. Last time I ordered it for him I ordered it under my name instead; the difference in price was over $20.00. He paid me for it but I could tell he really cannot afford it again. How can we trust a company that charges different prices to different people or maybe the price just went up for whatever reason - should the company have given us some sort of explanation.

The last 2 times I have ordered, I've had to wait forever for backorder. One of the orders I finally just cancelled. Still waiting for kidney support. I'm glad I ordered ahead of time, before my bottle was empty. But, will be needing it soon. Hope it's in the mail.

I don't know if it's still too early to tell or not if their products work. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and I'm not seeing any differences yet. So, I will finish up the bottles before I make a final decision. Otherwise, so far I've had no issues with dealing with the company.

Slow filling online orders. Also make online orders and phone orders compatible for customer service answering questions and/or tracking orders.

My 10 year old mix breed lab has cushings. I purchased 3 bottles of Native Remedies Cushex S drop based on other people reviews and or comments. I was hoping for better results based on what I read from other people who dogs had the same disease. While I realize results may vary, I I was really hoping to see more improvement for my dog but have only seen minor improvement after weeks of giving her the product. I wish I could say I saw the same improvements others have, but sadly I did not have the same experience. Fact of the matter is, it doesn't work for everyone!
