Their customer service made it very difficult to return their product. It definitely is not customer friendly like Amazon. I had purchased their Mucus-Clear product in which was absolutely worthless. I attempted to return it but by the time I paid for return shipping, etc, it was not worth my while. The Native Remedy rep didn't give me the option to provide me with a return shipping label. From now on I won't purchase anything unless it is from Amazon.

Hey Willard, The item you ordered, Candidate, is intended to support a healthy balance of intestinal flora and promotes normal pH levels in the body. You won't see or feel anything different but there are things going on internally that are keeping everything normal. The medication for my cat is great however, the USPS shipping the company uses to get it to us is terrible. Took over a week to get the meds and the tracking was never available until the day of delivery. I order a ton of things from the internet. I can't fathom why a company would still use USPS ground when every other website can get things to your front door in 2 days.

I have been using the Triple Glucose drops to help control my blood sugar levels. It has worked very well. I ordered more and my order was canceled because it has been discontinued. First of all it was still on the website second I had to call to find out it was canceled. I was talked into trying the Enliven oral spray, I was told it is for blood sugar with added help for circulation. I received it much later than I was told. When I read the label it has nothing about blood sugar control. I feel like I was deceived just to make a sale. Honestly it tastes like I'm spraying water on my tongue. I will not be recommending your yo anyone ever again. I have wasted almost $50 on basicly water.
