We do note that delivery out to Hawaii can take 2-3 weeks to arrive because of the great distance the package must travel to arrive. Hello Carrie, I am very sorry to hear that your package was misdirected in the postal system while in transit to you. I am glad it arrived to you. We are more than happy to replace lost packages but we always want to allow enough time for delivery if a scan with the post office shows that it is still in transit. I understand the frustration thinking we were not willing to help. That is not how we wanted to portray that and I apologize sincerely. The fact it was being redirected to the correct address was the only reason we asked to allow more time. If it would have showed lost or returned we would do a replacement right away. For your convenience, you can print out a Return Service label from our website under the Returns section. When you use this label, we will deduct a flat $7.00 from your refund amount. If you still have your packing slip, please fill out the back and include it with your return. You may use the current date as the RMA number. If you no longer have the packing slip, include your full name, address, phone number and the order number with your return.
