18 days to receive product!
I ordered a product and took 18 days to receive. I noticed that Native Remedies took my money from paypal instantly but had to call them about my order. When I called, the girl could not find my order because it was on a different screen on her computer. After she found it she apologized for the delayed processing and mentioned they were using a new program. I asked her if she could mail this order express with no extra charge because I really needed the product for an elderly dog. She said she could try but the shipping still took numerous days to receive. Disappointed!

Ordered items on 13 Jan. Understand that a email will be sent once items are packed for delivery. It has been a week and i still dont know when to expect delivery.

Very slow shipping!
I ordered and paid for an item on 12-27-2015. The shipping label was created on 1-4-2016. I still have not received the item which is for the treatment of feline hyperthyroidism. If I would have known it would take this long to receive the item I would never have ordered from this company.

Cancelled order
Cancelled order with reason of insufficient inventory. No other explanation or offer to fill order at a later date or when it could/would be available wa given. No explanation of refund and no response to emails asking for more information. I think the product would have been good, however I don't trust this company any longer. Customer service and transparency seems to be a low priority.

I understand that the holidays were upon us and all.But
I was told that i would receive my order in 4 business days.I knew that christmas eve was a busy time.But your word is still your word and i'm working 2 weeks now.

Poor quality assurance
Ordered online. After weeks, called to inquire about the order. I was told computer error. How many times can a person hear this, most computer errors are operator error. The computer can only do what it is told. The truth is someone just looked over the order. When I called to see what happened with the order, the young man I dealt with did not want to hear about my concerns. If he can not handle customer service then maybe the job is not for him. I did not yell at him, nor did I blame him. But sometimes in customer service you have to deal with unhappy customers, and he seemed timid and did not handle it well. I was very disappointed with his attitude.
