I ordered a total of 30 bottles of chlorestol-rite. I was disappointed to find that the expiry date label for 26 bottles were pasted on in a messy manner while 4 bottles came unlabelled. This is totally unacceptable.

I had to contact native remedies to find out where my package was. I found that unacceptable. Nobody had taken responsibility for not notifying me. I can't believe the ignorance of this company. I have to wait 6 weeks now for my package. I have been using this company for years and this is the service I receive. I am in the military and stationed overseas. If this is how they treat military members, I would hate to see how they treat civilians. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Hi Adam, I am so sorry that your order did not arrive as promptly as you expected. When the order was received, there was an error in our system that did cause a delay in the shipment. We were able to correct this issue, and get the order shipped out. With APO addresses, it can take about 4 weeks from the time of shipment, for the order to arrive and depending on where you are stationed. If there were anyplace else I could get this product, I assure you that I wouldn’t deal with these guys. I’m in Alaska, ordered product which was theoretically shipped on 2/2, still haven’t received it. I’ve tried paying for “express shipping” and every other option offered, but it still takes a minimum of 3 weeks to get delivery. If I ever receive the product, it will be my last purchase from them. Other vendors can manage to get merchandise here in a reasonable amount of time, but not them. I’m done.

Hi Marianne, I sincerely apologize that your order did not arrive in as timely of a fashion as you had expected. Alaska deliveries do take extra time, due to the great distance between us here in Wisconsin, and you. I have reviewed the order and tracking with the United States Postal Service, to see what caused the delay. Based on the tracking, it looks like the package went to the wrong side of the country, before it was redirected to Alaska. While I am not able to speak for USPS on why they chose the shipping path that they did, I can definitely try to make up for it on our end. Please watch for a credit back to your credit card for the Priority Mail upgrade that you had paid for. It should appear in your online statements in the next 3-5 business days.
