Slow to ship and no evidence products work.
Took about 10 days to receive product. Have taken the joint pain relief product for 2 weeks without relief.

Very largely overpriced with below average shipping.
Feeling ripped off is not a good feeling. Seriously, for the price charged for these tiny containers that have no proof of any medical backing, you could afford to offer a free 2-day shipping...

Mucus
Mucus Clear does not work. I till have mucus in my throat.

Product gave no relief
The product, PetAlive's Allergy Itch Ease did nothing for my hound dog. Her itching didn't get better or worse. Plus, I thought I would be able to add the product to my dog's food but the bottle instructs you to place the beads directly in the dog's mouth and she had no interest in eating them alone.

Didnt work, took as prescribed!
I didnt take it with water, I took it straight and as for now I have been using this oil to stop sweating and it has not improved.

Not happy!
I paid an extra $10 to have it shipped quickly as my daughter was almost out and doesn't function well without it. It did NOT get shipped expedite and they just refunded it, which is fair but did not help my daughter who was getting ready for finals in college and had to do without!!

still have not receved order.
I have called 2xs because my billing was wrong. Still have not received order. I actually called once and got nothing but a full voice mail.

Ripoff
Bought homeopathic remedy for dog itching and it is TINY bottle of tiny pellets and I'm supposed to put a pinch in my dogs mouth hourly. There is NO way my dog will cooperate with that, so I put first dose in his food and my 8-yr-old Jack threw up for the first time ever. Not impressed. Spent way too much. Feeling duped.
