I ordered a product from them, and a week later I never got any shipping information, so I called them, and got a person that said "OH sorry, the order had to be RE-KEYED: for some reason. WTH????? One week and only I call and they say its still in their warehouse!!!! I was mad and the product came late.

I purchased the Tic Tamer 2 fl oz, for my 12-year-old son who has stress-induced tics. We have tried many other methods of treatment for his tics, including yoga and meditation. Nothing worked. The Tic Tamer was a last ditch effort for my poor kiddo. He did the research on his own and he and I decided it might be worth a try. After nearly 2 weeks of administering drops several times a day, he feels no relief and I see no difference. It was a waste of money, in my opinion.

My order went "missing" in their system for 10 days. When customer service "found" my order 10 days later, called me and informed me of the situation. They couldn't explain WHY it was missing and how it was "rediscovered". I was scheduled for a 2-month long overseas trip, leaving in 3 days when they called. They offered a 3-day shipping upgrade, overlapping a weekend, which makes it a 5-day shipment. They refused to do a 1 or 2-day shipment. Customer service even said to me on the phone "it was NOT their fault that order was missing for so many days!" ???? REALLY? And it would be mine? Needless to say, I never go the shipment before I left. I honestly can't remember having a worse online shopping experience than this one!

I checked the order and it looks like you did receive the 30% discount on 2 of your items and a 50% discount on one of your items. Unfortunately, at the time we caught the mistake and offered you the 3 day shipping, it was past the time constraint (1 PM CST) for next day shipping, so there was no possible way of getting the product to you before you left. I bought this with the hope that it might slow down a recent diagnosis of nasal cancer. I have seen no positive result from giving this to my dog. His condition has gotten noticeably worse in the last two weeks. I have been giving these supplements for three weeks now. i knew that these would not cure his condition but I had hoped get some positive results.I will not reorder.

I ordered my products over a month ago. I have had to contact them several times to get the order straightened out and it STILL isn't right. The person I talked to the first time I had to call them back was very rude. The last person I talked to assured me the order would be correct when I received the final order - it wasn't. They shipped bottles of the same product at different times, they forgot to take off the discount coupon. One product was back ordered. I finally received ONE bottle of the second product (from two products that are supposed to be used together.) I STILL haven't received the 2nd bottle. I am ready to give up and find a different company with a similar product. This was from the pet line and it does seem to help my dog with Cushings, but everytime I have re-ordered, it has been a big hassle.
