I'm very happy to have found native remedies. I purchase products for my pets through the pets alive and sometimes forget they have products for people too!! The allergy itch ease and skin and coat tonic keep my pug out of the vets office and off prednisone. They clear up 95% of his itching (not quite all). I am grateful to have found the site. Thank you. Great and fast service but I am very disappointed with the product at the price I paid for it. It does not do anything for me and I followed instructions correctly. Very expensive and doesn't do what you claim it is supposed to do. I will not buy this product again.

I have just started to use the product (1 week ago) and while it's a bit premature to comment about the product I would like to comment on the policy of the company. On the initial shipping the merchandise got lost. I called the company and they tracked the delivery date and address and although it appeared that the merchandise was successfully delivery, it never arrived at my home. However, the company simply chose to rush a new order to me in an expedited manner and it was successfully delivered. For me, that's a true measure of professionalism and integrity of the company -something that is currently missing from businesses.

When an order i recieved was missing an item, the person i talked to was freindly & fixed problem right away. Had item within a day. I am very happy with this product l. Have seen a diference in my son and it nice to know that there are no side effects to cause him harm.
