I ordered the tic drops for my son who has (tic disorder) turrets syndrome, but it didn't work with him at all! It was a joke. Never buy it again or buy any other products from this company. Sorry!

AVOID!
AVOID! You will find my previous glowing reviews under "Kirsten" dated Apr 20, 2018 and Sep 4, 2018. This product helped my dog for almost a year. Then, my healthy dog (aside from seizures) died 12/31/2018. We received a new bottle of the product and administered it as we had before. About a week later, my dog was hospitalized. When she was allowed to come home, it took several days before she could eat normal kibble. After a few days doing well with that and being about 90% of her normal high activity level, we reintroduced EaseSure S from Native Remedies. After 2 doses, she tanked and died before we could get her to the emergency vet. I reported the issue to Native Remedies and was told they were taking the matter seriously. Then, zero response. How can we trust "supplement providers"? I don't know. That is why I am posting my experience so others can protect themselves and their loved ones.

Hello Kirsten, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved pet. It sounds like the EaseSure-S helped her for a year. You didn't say why she was hospitalized. Without more information, I do not have a way to look up your order to see who spoke with you in 2018, or what they were going to call back for. Herbal products like EaseSure-S take up to a month to affect the body so it is unlikely that 2 doses were the cause of her sudden attack. Again, I do not have the notes from your previous conversation, so I don't know what else she was taking. Please know that I share your grief as my own dog died about the same time, from Cushings disease. Our products extended his quality of life for two years. Used my credit card to order and Native…
Used my credit card to order and Native Remedies ran it as a "debit" and I was charged $10.00 cash advance fee. Do not like fees-will not be ordering again. Your reply DID NOT make sense. The card I used was strictly a credit card- you cannot use it as a debit. Will not order again from your company.

Company seems very backward
Company seems very backward. Many delivery issues and slow responses. Quick to charge my card for an order but oh so slow to do a refund on same card. Once again my product is sitting in a post office in NJ and will not get delivered. I updated my address as directed in my profile and even though Micki assured me that it was taken care of, it was not. When I called I was told that it's my fault as the address is wrong on my PayPal account...I didn't pay with PayPal, never use PayPal and used a regular old Visa card. Cancelled my account today and I'm sure it will take 6 months to see a credit for my missing product. Run from this company and I would give it a zero if I could!
