Using for years now the Uti-clear…
Using for years now the Uti-clear together with the immunity plus and the Bladder well , i can say my urine infections are still ongoing , sometimes worse , sometimes better , but i still need to use antibiotics to get rid of them . When i started with Native remedies it was better for some time but now it seems that my system is getting used to those drops and doing next to nothing anymore. Not happy the way it works now and not sure yet how longer i may use them .

Hello Gitta, I'm sorry that you are not getting the same results from these products. I recommend that you continue the Immunity Plus, but discontinue the other two products for 4-6 weeks, then re-introduce them to see if it helps get a better response. great products terrible customer service and buying experience
Love the product but the website, digital and customer service experience is the worst. The website is clunky. Password resets don’t work. It’s rare to run into such a bad e-commerce experience these days. It’s like a website from the early 2000s. I’ve used Native Remedies products for 10 years or more. I’ve had to call customer service 3-4 times over the years and STILL the rudest people on the other line I’ve EVER experienced. Leaves me wondering how awful it must be to work there and what the culture is like to have such miserable customer service people. The only reason it’s not a 1 star rating is because the products are great. Can’t live without them. But getting them is THE WORST. And if you ever need to talk to someone you’ll see what I mean. It’s a surreal terrible experience.

i have been taking a few items daily…
i have been taking a few items daily now,, mucous clear, the detox, i can't say im seeing any improvements , so im not too happy with product..

Hello Elaine, I do apologize you are not seeing a difference with the remedies. Everyone responds differently to natural remedies. Some may not be the right formulation for what your system needs. Detox Drops are herbal and do take time to build up with in the system to show the optimal results. With herbals we recommend being consistent with the dosage for 3-6 weeks. It was easy to find and order the medication I needed from Native Remedies. They offer many medications to help relieve sinus problems. If I find one doesn't work, I can always order a different one.

Products are great when they’re in stock.
I love love love your products. My cats rely on them to be honest. But sadly they haven’t had your uti free for months because you decided to change your packaging. They don’t care what color your labels are. They just want to be able to use the bathroom pain free.

Still waiting!!
Still waiting!! ordered Pet Alive UTI-free back in March 2019 still haven't received it. Was told it was on backorder would receive it around July 19. still nothing.............was told if I wanted I could get my money refunded...that hasn't happened either..I prefer to have the product. Please send it!!!!
