I cannot get into my account with you…
I cannot get into my account with you and calling your customer service department did not help. All they told me was that I was stuck getting the auto shipment for my dog that I just had to euthanize!

I am French and I am very upset because…
I am French and I am very upset because I ordered goods more than one month and a half and they have not been delivered yet. I can understant that with the COVID crisis everything is complicated but still..... I have contacted the customer service several times, a lady named Michelle has been in touch with me but it appears that I have to sort the problem with the French mail myself ! I have no idea what to do ! This is not fair, I am the client and I paid for my goods as well as their delivery and I should not have to deal with this ! I have spent 64,40 euros and I have nothing ! They automatically signed me up in a VIP club that charges 14.95 a month to be a member, when I called to disenroll, they said the charges would be credited to my cc within 3 to 5 business days. Well, after 2 weeks, nothing yet. Next call to bbb.

I never received my item
I never received my item. They said they shipped it to Europe on the 20th of April, and there could be som delay caused by Covid19. I haven't received my item yet or seen my money returned to my account. I will warn you from doing business with native remedies.
