I signed up about a year ago and it was SUCH A MISTAKE. They did not inform me of when my payment would be deducted, therefore my account was overdrawn the moment my payment was withdrawn. The rep I spoke to was not clear whatsoever on the details and requirements once enrolled. After countless phone calls back and forth, they finally approved of refunding my payment and overdraft fee and cancelled my account. It’s been almost one year and I STILL have yet to receive a check that I was promised. I continue to call every other week (as I am always promised my check will be mailed to me the upcoming week) I’ve confirmed my correct address countless times. STILL NO CHECK 9 MONTHS LATER. Some of the customer service reps were kind and tried to help, but others were extremely rude and careless and just wanted me off the phone. This experience has been the worst and I come from a customer service industry so I understand how things work and how brutal it can be. However that is NOT an excuse to not to take care of your customers. DO NOT sign up, as it will do you more harm than good.

My first payment was schedule to come out on the 17th of Sept. I called 2 weeks prior and canceled the whole process. I was also told if I made payments on any of my cards while using Nationwide Debt Reduction, it would cancel the process as well. On the 17th of Sept, money was taken out anyways and because I was told this wouldnt happen, I didn't have enough money in my account, causing an overdraft fee. Now, $188 out of my account and not able to get ahold of Nationwide for 3 days, multiple phone calls, and multiple messages, I'm mad. Worst company...
