Very difficult to get through to them.I was Not disclosed at the beginning the fees that were to be charged and when I asked the answer was not addressed. It is true that now I have discovered is it 25 percent of the original amount when application was taken ,(in very small print inserted). At the time we had a charge card at 25 percent rateAlso I was told by the agent that The settlement was to be between 25 to 30 cents of a dollar ( not so).all of this in the same conversation, in matter of few minutes documents were emailed and assured me the urgency of doing all of this fast so I could repair my credit sooner so I could refinance my home to a lower interest rate.I was under big pressure because I have a reversed mortgage at a high interest rate. To make this story shorter,I’ not very happy with them.

Ok so I was literally very skeptical and almost cancelled my first month but so far, they've settle on one credit card debt for Synchrony and I ended up paying less than was owed. Still awful to get in contact with someone and they don't keep you updated at all but I have trust that they will get me out of my discover and bank of america debt.

I never get a straight answer.

The only problem I had was trying to get a hold of someone at NDRS. For two weeks I left several messages and no one got back to me. When I finally got someone in customer service, she was very nice and helpful. She explained that they were putting in a new phone system. So we'll see if it happens again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on my rating because the gal that set me up was very nice and extremely helpful.

My questions were answered in 1 simple call. THANK U!!
