Had word with you people with fast service

advertising said "FREE" shipping on orders over $50.00 and I was charged $12.05 for shipping on a n order for $126.50 ??????????????????????????????

Tickets were late getting to me because someone put an APARTMENT number on my order instead of a LOT number [it's a mobile home park.] Luckily, since UPS has been delivering stuff to me for a while, they corrected the error and tickets came to me Monday July 30th instead of Friday the 27th when UPS tried to deliver them. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great, quick service - the website is a bit of a drag to order from to say the least - you have to keep going back to fix it. Also trying to get corrected receipts with tax off can be a little long winded.

Nice armbands and we use a lot of them. I really like the sturdy, durable boxes that they come in. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they do not price match other providers.BUT when they have a special it is well worth it.

If not for the limited availability in color for the Stock Redemption Tickets, I could have given them 5 stars. They have a great customer service, and orders are processed and shipped quickly.
