I would like to give a review for Melody Reyes. She is top notch in every aspect of assistance she provides. She gives a concise and clear answer to everything you have a question on. She does her very best to get the best deal possible for resolving any issue you have with the IRS. Her attitude is, "don't worry we will get it resolved". "Just be sure you pay your estimated taxes on time." Her communication skills are beyond excellent, and she follows through no matter how long it takes, she does not leave you guessing. I am not sure how I would get our issues resolved without her. She should be rewarded monetarily, and her peers should follow her lead.
