If I could give this company no stars I would. Whoever is behind their FB message needs to be fired. They are the most unprofessional company I have encountered. If I could load the messages from today I would. You can view my messages on Yelp. Just horrible. I tried to look them up on the BBB website and couldn't find them. I was accused of trying to receive a free service and all I was wondering was why should I pay for service that wasn't rendered first. I was threatened by them today as well and I screen shot all the messages and sent them to my lawyer. I was going to use them in the past and I didn't. I'm so glad I went with someone else. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you see them on your Facebook timeline just keep scrolling.

Having trying to work this company to get my domain name back UNSUCCESSFULLY after THEY lost it over two years ago. I even paid them $3500 to get it back and they never did it refuse to work with my even though I agreed to pay for a new domain name. Company is a FRAUD and promises lifetime services and I have done nothing but pay pay pay!

Was awful experience from the get go. They were unresponsive for around 5 days after I paid 200$ upfront for my website work. They tried to get me to pay in full but I insisted on partial payments. They never uploaded the work I paid for on my website. They keep trying to make suggestions for my website trying to get me to spend more money. This should have been a simple transaction they do the work upload it to my site and they get paid. They turned this process into around 3 weeks when it was a 2 day job max and now I'm out 400$. Should have known better when they were calling from Scam Likely Phone Numbers. There was a time when they tried to say I didn't make the 2nd payment where they wanted me to pay it again. The guy who keeps calling uses a phone that keeps cutting out where you can barely have a conversation and is very hard headed and can't grasp I didn't want anything else he was trying to sell me. Appears on the reviews they must have alot of fake reviews cause this is a straight up scam company. Do not trust these people horrible and disturbing experience. To make matters worse the guy the guy who kept calling there is a language barrier he just can't understand simple stuff.

Ordered brochures and product stickers for my company. Brochures have spelling mistakes, grammar issues, and missing content. Stickers are not what I requested. Representative agreed the mistakes are due to their fault. Representative no longer corresponds to me.

Terrible experience don’t use them to create a website. They won’t do you right. They will take your money and ask for more. There 100% money back guarantee is false There 100% satisfaction guarantee is false. I’m just a small business owner running a trucking company and after spending $1300 on my website. It turned out terrible and they wanted more money for small changes. They will nickel and dime you to the end. I was talking to one of their management staff, Jim Walker, and I told him “Hey I don’t think this is gonna work out I’ll just take my money back guarantee” and he basically said it’s not actually a money back guarantee.
