For me, it was one of the modules that I was eagerly awaiting to part of and it did exceed my expectations. Dr. Alex has a very likeable personality with positive attitude which makes everyone feel at ease. He encouraged us to share our opinions and views on certain aspects and intrigued our critical thinking and how to look at things in 360 degree and understand the wider aspect of different leadership and management styles. If you ask me: would you take the session once again? My answer will be "It's a no brainer"
