I had a million questions and he took the time to dig into more details so that my questions were answered fully, even though the end of the work day had already passed. He's also extended the offer to help me further with anything else. I appreciated my time with Mike and found him to be very helpful and pleasant to work with. My only suggestion would be to consider offering a zoom meeting with your customers, so that conversations are more personal and helpful.
