Ordered my lure off Facebook Jun 1, 2020. It is now July 16, 2020 and I have still not received my lure. The phone number off my fake receipt is a dead number. The email: Support@ nationalanglingusa dot com belongs to a Natasha Waters and claims my order was shipped. I have no tracking number. I have asked for a refund and now and communication has gone cold. DO NOT order from this person.

The worst I order 6 if them on June 6th for my son and it is know July 13th and nothing not even a email but the sure didn't hesitate to take my money I can't even find away to get in touch with them

BUYER BEWARE! Charges to my credit card and have never received anything. I believe I ordered only one lure on their SPECIAL PRICING. If you search for them you get a Canton, Ohio address which is residential and belongs to Suarez Corporation.

Ordered lures through an internet ad on social media and never recieved my order. I now have read many other complaints after the fact that other people (customers) have experienced the same. This company is fraudulent and also with no contact info.

Wow... I think Zuckerberg needs to change his name to SUCKERBERG with all the fraudulent companies stealing peoples hard-earned money!!! THIS site, along with probably ALL THE REST OF THEM ARE A SCAAAAAMMM!!! THANK GOD I wasnt STUPID enough to trust them with more than $21.00

My wife bought this for me as a gift. I have been waiting for my first package and can not get any details on when I will get it. You will get a generic email on the 11th stating your packages is on its way but this is not true. All they due is create a shipping label with USPS that generates a tracking number. However, anytime you go to check the status of said tracking number, all you get is this message, "March 11, 2018 at 12:40 pm Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item CHALFONT, PA 18914". It is now the 19th and I have not received the package and the tracking still shows the same. There is no way to contact the company about this. They have a message box but it shows OFFLINE all the time. I doubt I will get my package and all of the positive reviews focus only on the charities part of this organization. No one leaves positive remarks about the products or services. Seems like a scam!!

Absolute fraud. Shipped by the 11th each month means that the sipping label is created and the box sits in PA. for another week before it is actually shipped. This place need shut down for false claims

My first month's subscription included 2 packs of soft plastics, a sticker, and a free shipping card for a rod company. I already have rods. I wanted baits. I spent $14.95 for soft plastics and a sticker. I feel like I have been ripped off. It is doubtful that I will keep this subscription. To make matters worse, I can not seem to find customer service information.
