I also ordered the lure in June and it has not come yet, but they had no trouble charging m bank account $37 dollars three times. Went to bank and filed a claim and blocked NAA from withdrawing anymore money and bank is asking for a complete refund . I also sent NAA a email telling them that if I did not get my money back as I had a email dated in June refusing membership, I would go to my state Attorney General to see about filing. How about a class action suite?

I ordery the lure in July got a thank confirmation with a blank receipt and no way to contact anyone I want my product or my money back I think this is a ripp off

I ordered 2 lures and I still have not received them. I ordered mine over 2 months ago. I want my lures sent to me NOW!!! If I don't get them soon I will turn y'all into the BBB. 😠😠😠😠

I ordered lures over 5 weeks ago they already took my money back in july and i still have not recieved them i fail to under stand what the hell there problem is i should have read the review's and i sure would not have ordered them there is other places to get the same lures. Now u either return my money or send me the lures i odered.

**UPDATE*** So I went ahead and filed my complaint with BBB. They attempted to contact NAA in Los Angeles...hmmmm...address no longer exists. I have posted comments on their Facebook page, and low and behold, someone deletes them! I have attempted another series of chats and they just ask the same old questions, which I refuse to answer. I have been demanding to speak with management, but doesn't work. I live in the MST time zone. Their responses are always time stamped between 12am or 2am. So to say the least, the are no longer located in the USA. On June 9th I ordered 2 swim bate lures "free just pay S&H" $13 taken as payment. Ad said 2-4 weeks shipping time. I received my "confirmation" email and clicked on the button to review my receipt. The receipt was blank. No numbers, no addresses, nada! I then began contacting NAA. Received a reply from a Pat L. Pat started a chain of emails. Still no shipping in. Pat claimed my "receipt" said 4-6 weeks. I told Pat my receipt was blank..2nd time. Pat claimed pandemic was causing delay...gave it 2 more weeks. I then replied to my actual confirmation email...Now I am working with "Natasha Waters" SAME WORD FOR WORD RESPONSES!!...To say the lease I am asking my bank to reverse charges. I have all email messages for evidence of contact.

Dirty, lying, rip off, thieving scum. 😠 I ordered 2 swim bait lures just over 2 months ago, (just under $20) I still have not received lures I ordered!! In this past 2 months, I've had almost $55 AUD taken from my bank TWICE by NAA without my knowledge or consent as to what it was paying for let alone why the $ was taken?? I had to cancel my card & have to wait for a new one because of this theft by deception, most inconvenient for me!! I would like to finish on a question to whomever owns NAA... Who the hell do you think you are?? You offered a product that you didn't deliver, then help yourself to $ from customers bank account & still give nothing in return, I think you are just disgusting people & no different to a common thief...actually you're worse! I hope you go to prison & become somebody's sexual playtoy 😠😠😠
