This was my first order and I inquired about when my order might ship. The response was very quick, friendly and included a link to tracking. I was impressed ! Especially given how CS is turning into AI ... ( perhaps this wasn't a real person but it sure seemed to be!) To note, I worked CS for a small women's clothing company for years. The training and level of service was extremely high. So it's really nice to every so often experience quality CS from a company. And yes, it absolutely impacts whether we make subsequent purchases !

Love Nation LA!
Wonderful clothes, and amazing customer service! Returns are simple and painless. Easy to get in touch with someone-they respond to emails immediately. I love the items I purchased and will absolutely be purchasing more in the future

I love this company

Nation really makes an effort
Nation really makes an effort to be good to their customers and the environment. The packaging is in compostable bags or paper, the clothing descriptions are clear and they even include a video of the product in action which I appreciate. I bought a final sale item that for some reason caused me to have an allergic reaction and they were able to for me a store credit. Great styles and great service. Couldn’t ask for a better company.

Delivery Issue
I had an issue with an item not being delivered. The customer service was amazing. They immediately refunded me for the item. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
