I absolutely love the clothes at…
I absolutely love the clothes at Nation.LA The quality is obvious when you touch the fabric and how it fits. It’s expensive but a couple of pieces a year is what I look forward to! I had an issue with a return but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction! I will definitely shop there again!

I have shopped and purchased items from Nation for years now .. I love the quality and also the mission of the company .. I recently submitted an order of sale items then decided to cancel immediately ..for some tech reason the site wasn’t working and my cancellation did not populate.. I e-mailed customer service and the response was very timely .. the order had not gone out yet and my cancellation was processed .. Thank You Nation 🩷

After a long back and forth with the…
After a long back and forth with the chat bot, where my issue was left pending, I went to bed frustrated with the thought that I had two choices, drop it, or start from scratch in the morning. When I checked my email the next day, I was totally blown away that NLA had already followed up with an email and solved my problem! I was truly impressed-and thankful that my day had just been freed up from chasing down a resolution. This was so far above the normal level of customer service I have experienced online-especially with chat bots. Nation LA has a loyal customer now! Thank you NLA!
