Very satisfied
All in all I’m very pleased with their services. They offered me a significant discount initially to draw me in. They were operating the discounts because of the COVID-19 and people struggling with money and I use that opportunity to take my stimulus check and purchase my engagement ring for my fiancé. It was very in-depth and detailed on the website as to how to go about making the ring and they are very informative if you need need any questions answered. But I don’t know I was very pleased with the service and definitely pleased with the outcome of the product

Everything turned out great
Everything turned out great. The only minor complaint is that they imported the ring from Israel. They have it imported directly to the customer. So I had to fill out customs paperwork. Not that it was a problem... just wasn’t expecting it. Overall though very nice.

Except the fedex drama the wait was…
The ring is absolutely beautiful and is of great quality. It was definitely worth the wait. We had a little hiccup with fedex but the Natalie Diamond Team quickly resolved.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. Only thing I would mention is that I had slight difficulty getting the ring through import customs. I was unaware that the items were shipped from outside the US. Shipping speed was exceptional especially during the pandemic. Other companies were delayed for weeks.

First time purchase from Natalie
Fast, easy, and quite happy with the ring I ordered! The only thing that I had issue with was that I was watching for a confirmation email on the progress of the order. I contacted Customer Support that responded immediately (super happy with turn around time) excellent customer service peeps let me know it was being shipped the following day. Overall I would highly suggest Natalie to anyone looking to find a great product at a great price!

Simple, Great Value
I spent a lot of time doing my research on the quality of the diamond I wanted to purchase. After finding what I wanted, I then reached out to Natalie for suggestions on size for the ring I chose. They got it right on the first try, the ring is perfect and my wife couldn’t be any happier.
