The detox pads are great but the night therapy antioxidant night serum with elaataderm c I cant open to use it I keep pumping and pumping and nothing comes out!

The website was very hard to use. It messed up my order a good 4 times. When I would go to check out my order would be different than the products I put in my cart. When I finally did get it or thought I did when I received my order it was still wrong. I’m not going through the hassle of sending back so I just hope what I got works.

We checked into your first order back on September 10th and saw that 5 of the products you purchased were purchased on a 1 month recurring subscription as opposed to being a one time purchase. On the product page, you have the option to purchase as a 1 time, or as a subscription (which gives you a discount of 15% on the product). You may have accidentally chosen to purchase these items as a subscription. We would never sign you up for a recurring subscription without your consent. The products had just come up for their 1 month renewal on October 10th, which is when you reached out. This is the second time I’ve ordered Dr. Nassif’s products and I’ve seen great improvement on my melasma. I was using La Mer and paying so much only to see minimal results. I wish someone would have told me to try Dr. Nassif’s peri-orbital complex, nightly restorative serum, and detox pads sooner.

I received NASSIFMD Dermaceuticals DETOX Pads in a Fab, Fit and Fun box. and...I thought ok seems easy and quick so, I tried them and... This is a product that actually made my skin feel good and worked for me...just ordered my first replacement order online and added the cleanser and neck cream...so we will see. I am usually an Origins and Rodan and Field girl (Sorry R&F) still love some of their products - but now we are going to mingle!
