Expensive and Cheaply put together
I purchased a number of sample bags. A note tells me I have to go back to your site to get the nutritional value. How rude. Also, the bags look like you put them together on your kitchen table. Not very profession.

We are terribly sorry to hear that you were not pleased with our protein sampling program. This program was established to allow people to try individual single servings of a protein powder without having to risk buying an entire jug and possibly not liking it. Most of the protein powders that we sample do not have individual single servings provided by the manufacturer. To allow our customers the largest variety, we will seal the individual protein sample ourselves using FDA approved food bags. We provide the name, flavor and manufacturer of each protein sample that is requested in addition to instructions on how to make each sample. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the nutritional information on each sample, but it can be easily found on our website. We will look into adding the nutritional values to the samples in the future. The cost for and individual sample is $1.95 which after you take into consideration the cost of the protein, the FDA approved bag, the description stickers, the instruction sheet as well as the time to prepare the samples there is little or no profit in this program. It was setup solely as a convenience to our customers. We hope you understand and will allow us to better serve you in the future. Eric Godshall - Owner Nashua Nutrition
