After 3 weeks my wife started bothering me. She said it was 2 weeks and no delivery of my cell phone holder for the car. Only because I noticed product item was still in Italy customs for 2 days. I contacted Support and in 2 days the item was located and expeditiously sent to my residence in 3 days. This is definitely Superior service. I highly recommend this company to make purchases.
