This website deserves zero stars.... Ordered 2 shirts in May & still have not received any new updates. My shirts have been in printing status for about 1 month now. And you can't contact them & when you email them you get no response

We love the shirts thanks

Never order again. Orders a mother's day gift. 2 weeks prior. I get maybe a week after mother's day, but the product arrived June 10th. ETA was 2-3 weeks roughly, not over a month. I notified them, and was offered nothing, not even a reason on why it was so late. They said it arrived as scheduled...😳 Wow....very disappointed

Shipping takes WAY too long. I placed an order and they didn’t even begin processing it for 2 whole weeks, after contacting them they said it would still take at least another 10 days before they are ready to ship my order out. ONE T-SHIRT. I’m very familiar with the process of printing on shirts (& made to order products) and unless they are literally sewing this shirt from scratch, this extended wait time seems super unnecessary! I regret ever ordering from them, because now I can’t cancel or return my order, and it will not be here before Father’s Day. Money wasted, and really, really disappointed.

I hate to give a negative review however I’ve tried reaching out to them on multiple occasions and constantly keep getting an automatic response. I purchased 2 shirts June 4, a day later (June 5) I received another email saying that I purchased a tote. I immediately tried calling the phone number listed on the website, their automated message sends me to the website to handle my issues. I tried canceling that order through their online cancellation process. A few hours later I received an email saying it was in process and unable to be cancelled. Mind you, this fraudulent order was placed less than an hour after reaching out to them online. I immediately reached out to their online chat and was told the same thing, even though I keep expressing that this is a fraudulent charge and that I didn’t place the order. I filed a claim specifically informing them that the order was a fraudulent transaction on my card and this is how they replied (see copy and paste below). I will never order from this site and this company. Beware as they keep your card info and doesn’t care about fraudulent charges. Their customer service sucks and this is one black brand I will not support again. We've checked the status of your order RL-10657-22493 and found that it is currently on-time.
