Keeps the bugs away! Have only used for a week or so but seems to be working well against the buggy season. We bought a lot of bottles and all the sprayers worked for a day then seemed clogged, maybe they need to be rinsed but, not ideal.

I love the insect repellant. It is very much like the other natural ones I've used. This brand was recommended to me by a County Parks worker who was out hacking away blackberry vines on a hot day with lots of insects. Unfortunately the bottle of tick repellent leaked into the package and I'm not sure if the bottle is usable if it is broken, or if the lid just wasn't on correctly. The smell of the tick repellant kind of makes me feel a little ill so IDK if I will use it. EDIT AFTER SEEING REPLY: Shipping mishaps happen, that’s understandable. I know the smell of a tick repellant has to be strong and it was especially overwhelming just because the bottle leaked into the packaging. I appreciate the offer of a refund. It doesn’t need to be replaced. Thanks so much for the speedy reply!

I received this as a sample, and it did what it said. it completely dissolved and cleaned my clothes :) I would definitely buy it at a store. I'm not a fan of buying things online, but I know that I am in the minority on that one.

The Mosquito Repellent Stickers seem to be very effective, and good for multiple uses. The Garden Incense Sticks are a favorite and are reordered each season. Great products and fast service.

I have used your products before and was very sure they were good. The problem was the delayed shipping. I inquired and received an answer that was not entirely true. You said the weather near your shipping address was bad but unfortunately I am originally from that area and I know that was a lie. I have had airlines do the sane thing to me in travel, citing "weather" as reason for delay. I suggest you get more reliable shipping and then your product would be worth the $

Hi Beth, we are so sorry your order was delayed and appreciate your feedback. Our warehouse was shut down due to a power outage from a storm during Labor Day weekend, causing a backlog of orders and delays that we have had to work through. We have been working with our shipping partner so make sure this doesn't happen again. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

The product is a great alternative for bug spray, I gave it 4 stars because the shipping is horrible even if you pay $9.00 extra for faster shipping it still took 2 weeks to receive my order. I needed it for a weekend getaway and didn’t get it in time.

This is my second review. In the first one I gave 1 star, because I never received the product due to USPS not able to deliver to my address, so the problem is mostly with USPS! However, after 3 unsuccessful usps delivery attempts, the representative was able to resend the package using UPS, and it got delivered the same day!!! She also gave me the money back, which was very nice, after so many weeks of hassle. The product is good.

Great products but I tried to order on my phone and wasn't able to get through the ordering process. On my laptop and their website, it was easy but I forgot there was a discount code in the email and had to contact customer service. They replied the next day that they applied my discount but it would've been nice if it had a reminder or recognized I clicked from the email with the code. BUT, that isn't something a small company can necessarily spend their money/effort on so, great product!
