Nantucket SpiderReviews of nantucketspider.com

I love the product (toilet cleaning sheets work fantastic and are so easy to use). Ordering online is easy. Only downside was the amount of time to get the product (took over 2 weeks).

I never received my order :( I’ve reached out to customer service and they gave me the option for full refund or replacement order. I would love the replacement order, as we have used the Summer Camp spray in the past and are huge fans. Hopefully I receive it soon! Update: Finally received order!! I’m excited to try the yard sticks. :)

I buy their laundry sheets and I love them. I stopped using the big plastic jugs of Tide filled with dyes and chemicals and have never looked back. The clothes are clean and the product is sustainable--packaging is biodegradable. The only thing I don't like is how the detergent box opens, with a slide on the bottom. And the name of the company. I don't associate spiders with Nantucket. lol

I haven't tried everything so far, but everything is good. I especially like bringing a piece of paper for my laundry downstairs to the basement, instead of a 2 lb. bottle of soap.

Great product . Protects about 2-3 hours . 2nd purchase - upgraded to the 8 oz version but the sprayer was unsatisfactory . ( just a very fine mist ) . So I put the contents in a better spray bottle and voila .

Love the product. Canister leaked, just a bit, in the mail.

I ordered 1x 8oz natural bug repellant (for people) and 2x Mosquito & Fly Repelling Outdoor Garden Incense Sticks. Unfortunately, the package arrived and 1/3 of the bug repellant (having travelled on its side) had leaked out through the cap saturating one of the tubes of incense and most of the box. It also did not come with any spray nozzle to attach to the bottle of bug repellant so I guess I'll have to go buy one that will fit on the bottle to be able to use what is left in spray form. Four stars for the great customer service that immediately responded to my email and refunded me right away. I was also given the choice to have the items replaced at no cost. Love the mosquito repelling incense sticks!

I love this spray so much because of how amazing it smells, and the fact that it’s all-natural and synthetic-free. I gave 4 out of 5 stars just because all 5 of my bottles each leaked a tiny bit and made a mess of the box and packaging (essential oils break down some plastics so the shipping bags were slimy & gunky with running dye when I opened them.) Honestly not a huge deal, just a little bummed even a tiny amount of this product was wasted.
