Steven
Product smells good, our dog does not mind at all. Not sure if it works well as a repellent because it is almost impossible to get anything to spray out of the bottle. Will probably need to throw out and switch to better quality sprayer.

I live near a pond and stream and wetlands and Nantucket Spider doesn't have a strong enough repellent to keep the mosquitoes away.

I love this product. I ordered online and 2 Large bottles were leaking when the package arrived. The caps were broken and the inner lids weren’t completely closed. Another small bottle was fine.

Very disappointed I was not notified of possible extra import charges. I was required to pay anothr $23+ at delivery.

Love the bug spray, but cheaper plastic bottles are now being used and spray nozzle doesn't work as well.

Thank you so much for your review. We are so sorry you were not satisfied with your spray. We were hit by some supply chain issues over COVID which impacted the raw materials available to us for production but we are currently transitioning to aluminum bottles (which are more durable and better for the environment!) and spray tops that we find work better. We also would like to offer to send over a replacement spray top if yours isn't working as well, please email us at [email protected] As always, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we hope to make this right!

I love this product and how well it works. However, I was very disappointed in the way it was shipped. Two tubes of repellent sticks, a stone holder, and a box of stickers were shipped in a plastic envelope. Needless to say, the box was a bit crushed and the bottom of one of the tubes was displaced. Fortunately, the stone was not damaged. A box would have been much better.

Hi L Wells, we appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve. Packaging and shipping is always top of mind for us - and this is not how we want our products to reach our customers. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can get a replacement to you for any damaged items. Thanks to your feedback, we are working to address this packaging issue with our warehouse so this doesn't happen again.

I've been a big fan of the incense sticks and the yellow labeled bug spray for the past few years and have recommended and gifted them. This year I purchased the new larger bottle with the mist sprayer and was really disappointed altogether. It seems like the essential oil formulation ratio has changed and I can't stand the smell of the spray. The mist sprayer is also not good at actually applying the repellant onto the skin, it's literally a mister/aerosolizer that does a great job at spritzing the air but not the skin. I much prefer the former smaller bottle sprayers to provide an adequate amount of repellant on the skin. I returned the mist bottle and will figure something else out. LOVE THE INCENSE STICKS!!!

Hi Brucey, we appreciate your feedback and we are so sorry you didn't like our spray. Our formulations haven’t changed, but we did change spray tops on some of our repellents as supply chain troubles forced us to test other options. If you would like, we can send you replacement spray tops. Please reach out to us at [email protected]
