The price of these wax guards is totally outlandish, unacceptable and I consider deliberate gouging. In my opinion you are ripping off your customers for a necessity to keep the aids working properly. In fact, you warn they are not covered for damage caused by ear wax. I've had hearing aids most of my life and know the expense of wax guards is the least expensive concern in keeping them functional, but not with NANO. COME ON, $20 for 5 and the insertion/removal stick that doesn't fit the guard. You won't be recommended to anyone by me and I'm sorry I bought these!

Very disappointed! Returned one because it quit working. Paid for insurance. Been almost a month and I had to call them today and ask where was my mother inlaws hearing aid! They said they was sending another one today and she would receive it 7 to 10 days! That's crazy! If I hadn't called she would be waiting for how long?

I have tried several times to put it into my ear. I have put the smallest wax guard on but it still will not go into my ear canal. apparently these wiull not fill my small ear canal. What can I do?

You need to wait until I have had them more than two days to ask about my experience with them

Nano aids are useless rubbish. Do not trust Nano because this sub-par company will not follow up with reliable customer service, Avoid Nano like the plague,l

The hearing aids arrived as scheduled. I read the directions. I placed the hearing aids into the charger and a red light came on, I took them out and put them back in, re-read the directions, put hearing aids back in still red light, repeated above process numerous times always red light. I called the person I spoke with had no idea, he asked someone else, told me to let the charger set with top off for 24 hours. I did. Just tried again and sometimes a green light until I plug it in than a red light. So right now I am using the "free" hearing aids. Not Happy! Dreading making another phone call.

They don't stay in my ears. I've tried all of the sizes sleeves provide and they keep falling out. I need to return them. Please provide deatil on how I go about returning for a refund??

I can't get them set properly way to hard. Changing the domes which all look the same size does NOT cut out the terrible squealing noise. They do not feel secure at all. In other words I don't like them.
