Horrible company to deal with. They will make you wait SEVERAL MONTHS to credit a return AND STILL WAITING!!! The hearing aids will screech when you try to put them in your ear before they finally settle down. However if you try to make any adjustments, the screeching will begin again making it very difficult to wear them. Search for another company this one seems a little shady in its practices. There is no manager available to even speak with. The only way to get in contact with someone to resolve a return is by emailing. I worked with the technicians to make the adjustments to address options and have them function properly, and nothing seemed to help. Even after I told them this, they continue to make the return process extremely difficult.

I decided to try these because of the constant barrage of commercials and the price. Got them, put them in and noticed right away that they were far inferior to what they describe on TV. For a while there was so much feedback I thought I was at a JIMMY HENDRIX concert. I decided to return them. I waited for a label which never came. Then I paid for the return myself. After waiting a while,i'm told "you're not getting a refund because the left one is broken.." Well ,fact of the matter is it was not broken when I sent it back. FURTHERMORE, there are 0 directions on removing and replacing the dome to fit correctly. SO as it stands not only do they SUCK it seems I'm also getting beat out of the 200 something dollars this junk cost me. RUN FAR AWAY from this CRAP!! NOT WORTH A NICKEL,NEVERMIND 200. It's a scam of utmost proportions. Unless you like feedback screeching in your ear.

Poor customer service. Waited on the phone over an hour and never did talk to anyone. Called again got a recording to leave name and number. It has been a week and no contact from this company. This is supposed to be a family owned company that cares about its customers. Really! Will not buy from Nano again. Beware.

Purchased nano hearing aid in Jan 2922 w elite protection plan. In July of 2022 right hearing aid became damaged After after following Nano’s exact return policy w approved return number, I sent damaged hearing aid back for replacement, and paid for postage . They sent me back a chargeable hearing aid instead of battery operated one I notified Nano again and again they sent the wrong hearing sid So I notified Nano again spending several hours with nano suppirt The second replacement was also the wrong hearing aid. Nano wants me to PAY FOR POSTAGE snd send them the hearing aids they sent me in error back to them and they will send the correct replacement. Since it was their error I’m not paying for postage for their mistake. All I want is a replacement for my damaged hearing aid nano was not cooperative and it was their error

Bought a set...Lasted 3 months..Followed instructions..Just qut working?...Called and E-mailed approx..8 times...Reset they said..To no avail...Send them back to be inspected.if they need repair..79.00..Plus shipping...Spoke with a Very rude man,John...Come to find out,they have an F rating with the BBB,and are NOT Fda approved..Also saw several Scam alerts...RIP-OFF of Seniors.

DO NOT BUY! Submitted review to Nano and was verified and they did not publish. They are not FDA approved and the company has red flags. Called to return. O m g! Tried to resell me 3 x and I said No, I want RMA number to return. It was like pulling teeth. Then they have all these “threats” for returning or no refund. RMA must be displayed on package, just write it on label, must be perfect upon arrival and you MUST send them tracking number. They say refund could be up to 45 days. Ridiculous. They are not in a foreign country. If you smell a rat, then it’s a —-!

We bought 2 sets for parents. The aid for the left ear of one of the sets didn't work at all, even after recharging. The parents didn't want the hearing aids, so we returned both sets. Nano claims we returned old and damaged hearing aids, IN BOTH BOXES!, and refuses to refund our $900! They sent us pictures of old, damaged devices. The serial numbers on the hearing aids don't match the serial numbers from our account! I don't know whether someone at FedEx or someone in their own receiving warehouse switched our new ones for old ones, but WE didn't do it. We filed a complaint with the credit card company, who has graciously refunded our money and it pursuing the case with Nano.

Completely disappointed in this company and the way they are handling an already upsetting situation. When trying to get my 85 year old grandmother hearing aids I thought this would be the best company to help me. Instead I've had non stop issues with the products either not working at all or falling apart within a week. And instead of refunding me MY money to assist her with another option I'm given issues because it appears not to be a manufacturer's defect yet 3 out of the 4 hearing aids didn't even charge. Extremely sad and disappointed and will be leaving my reviews where ever I can to ensure other people don't make the same mistake I have.
