TV and internet advertisements have been informative. I got a 20% off coupon for labor day and that was the final push to try these hearing aids. I received them in a very short time. I also received emails letting me know when to expect them. I am excited to try them.

I had questions about the low battery alerts and charging procedures thar were not in the users manual.
I had questions about the low battery alert and charging of my new hearing aids. The person I spoke with did not answer off the top of his head but checked to make sure he gave me the correct information.
