The hearing aides are amazing
The hearing aides are amazing, the only issue I have is the delivery, and I truly believe it was the postal system. This is my 5th set of hearing aides since 2008 when I got my first pair, and they seem to be the best so far. The app is a little lacking, but has everything that is needed.

Slow delivery time by USPS
Need to find a new carrier to deliver hearing aids. My X2's were suppose to be delivered 12/11/23. This is 12/12/23 and I still don't have them. They have been town at USPS since 12/9/23.

My hearing aids had to be replaced…
My hearing aids had to be replaced under warranty as the app to program the hearing aids through my phone was no longer supported by NANO. NANO is sending me mines hearing aids at no cost that are an upgraded version.

Too Many Emails with Customer Service
When I sent my email about my right hearing aid not working, I got three emails back and forth from customer service telling me to make sure my hearing aid was charged and cleaned. I wouldn't have sent a request without making sure my hearing aid was cleaned and fully charged. Frustrating to have to go through three emails to get a new hearing aid.

I thought the $50 charge for…
I thought the $50 charge for “Expedited” shipping was a little much. My hearing Sid’s arrived the day after I left for the holiday weekend. So I didn’t get to try them out when they would have helped my hearing while with friends and family. I’m trying them now… finally!
