Can't get a refund. It's been three weeks since they received them back. Three calls later and I'm still waiting. Now they tell me they will inspect them tomorrow. After that it will take 48 hours to issue the refund. Their web site says refunds within 24 hours after receiving them. I bought their best in ear hearing aid. CIC DIGITAL HEARING AIDS. Cheap amplifiers. They squeel even in the charge and one came apart just pulling it out of my ear. Bad product and company. STAY AWAY.

It is a scam! BE CAREFUL! If you try to return and don’t have an RMA, they deduct 20% off your purchase price. Read the return instructions, they try to either deny your return or penalize you 20%.

I'm trying to return the hearing aids as they do not work for me. I sent an email to nano. They gave a customer hotline number which I called and was to receive a call from them in 24 -48 hours which I never received. So, 2 business days later I call again was informed that I was on the priority call back list and will get a call in 1-2 hours. No one called. Very poor customer service so far.

I do not like writing negative reviews, but I do want to protect consumers from bad priducts or situations. The Nano hearing aids fall into this category of not good or bad. Be warned by all the negative reviews here that these hearing aids are: 1. all are made in China 2.of poor quality and they are not adequately quality-comtrol tested before being sent to the buyer 3. cheap and not of high durability. How do I know this? Simple, 5 defective paired hearing adis received in 2 mailings. A. The warehouse in Las Vegas Nevada sent 4 of the ordered products and left out the rechargable, behind- the-ear aids. They verified the error and sent the missing aids within a few days after the agent verified the error. B NONE of the rechargable hearing aids charged appropriately and I verified this using my wife's other charger unit for her older aids and knew the outlet was working and the charger for her old aids worked on her old aids. The NANO aids require unique, special chargers that come with their aids. I told the agent that ALL the aids needed to go back as dysfunctional, bad units and he gave me a RMA number. C. We made every attempt to use the two similar battery units and the two "free" CIC rechargable in- the-canal aids and they did not work no matter what we did following the instructions to the letter. D. I called the agents who are generally kind and nice. I told them we had complete fails and ALL the units were defective. They were told the units were absolutely poor quality controlled, defective and should never have been shipped. I was given an RMA number, wrote a two page letter of explanantion on what was wrong and required them to give me a verified corporate return label for the $1445 debacle. They said three days after receipt of the aids and a verified warehouse inspection that a reimbursement would be made. My followup call a week later verfied they arrived safe and intact, were approved for refund and it would take a month. I told them and clearly said that such a delay is unacceptable and they needed to send a refund by Feb 8 rather than Feb 23. I told Nano that they charged my card immediately on ordering and,they got that money and I needed it back ASAP. I also filed a formal dispute with the credit card company on this transaction. The refund was given by Nano on Feb 11. Save time, save worry, save frustration and buy hearing aids that work. You may need to pay more, but you will not have these poor aids to deal with. Seek out Trust Pilot as a guide for sure, but also check reliable, unbiased audiologists on the internet who write valid and intense and full reviews. Happy and better hearing and thinking to all.

my name is David marlowe. I bought my mom, a pair of these worthless piece of crap hearing aids they sent us a return authorization well within the 45 day grace. They sent us the authorization. I have the tracking number I have the authorization, and they refuse to give us a refund. They are thieves. Do not buy from these people. They will rip you off and take your money. They are no good.

Stay away from this company. The customer service reps will tell you anything to keep you from returning in the 45-day guarantee window. They'll troubleshoot, they'll send you new models, and they'll assure you that every time you opt for a new set, the 45-day window starts anew. This is false. After trying 4-5 sets, I determined that none of their hearing aids work well for me, so I made up my mind to just return them, about 30 days after I had received the latest pair I got talked into. They're refusing to return my money, saying that the 45-day window is up. When I point out that a customer service rep assured me that the 45-day window would start anew with this latest pair, the company says that was wrong. Pointing out that I, as a customer, am not responsible for swallowing the cost of unwanted product due to sales reps who lie or misspeak, hasn't made any difference. I'm looking into filing in small-claims court.

A defective product and they will not refund claiming that it is the fault of the customer that they fall apart when removing them from the ear! Total junk with horrible customer service and almost nobody gets a refund even if within the 45 day window claiming they receive broken hearing aids returned. They lie, lie, lie and have numerous BBB complaints and talk of class- action lawsuits on every legit review site. Stay away from them!!

These are awful. The right one will not work and the left one gives too much static. I have made multiple calls with no success and have gotten no help on how to return them
