Nano hearing aids: I purchased your 2019 model however it was not used until this week. Now I am told the battery is dead and only lasts for 4 years before I would have to buy another unit. Why would you sell a rechargeable hearing aid that only lasts for 4 years???? I now own a brand new hearing aids system that has to be thrown away.

They don't work and they never call you back so as far as I am concerned they pry on older generation and individuals that live from paycheck to pay check. So if you love your parents or children find a different hearing aid company this one is a joke.

If I could give less than one star I would. Long story short..I bought a pair and they didn't fit properly, hurt my ears and only made noise instead of improving hearing. I called to return and get a refund and after 30 minutes of hearing the customer service person trying to talk me out of a refund I finally agreed to accept a replacement of a "higher level unit" that was much better than what I bought for only an additional $79 warranty charge. The replacement pair were no better so I sent everything back and asked for a refund. They would only refund the $79 and argued that I didn't request a refund for the original purchase in time. Bottom line is they are dishonest and you are throwing your money away.

Unless the U. S. Government forces Nano Hearing aids to stop selling defective hearing aids while making the false claim about a 45 day satisfaction guarantee, thousands of Americans will loose their hard earned money. They have a fraud plan that requires you to use the aids 21 days before being eligible for the guarantee. My experience and the experience of many others I've read reviews about, (of course not reviews on Nano website they are only fraud positive reviews). Read the reviews at reviewopedia dot com/nano-hearing-aids-reviews The actual customer reviews are way down toward the bottom. Also read Better Business reviews. The experience I and many others had was that you never can use the aids for 21 days because one or more of the aids just fall apart during either removal from the charger or from your ear, this happened to me and many others. Then the fraud process goes that they tell you to send them in for evaluation at which time they say you broke the aids. If course that is a lie. If the aids were securely fastened at the factory they would not come apart while doing normal action of removing from charger and your ear especially using the attached tab designed to remove them. And it happens within a week or two. What ever you do, don't send your aids for evaluation, you won't get a refund or your aids back.

Twice they sent me the accessory and recharger kit with no hearing aids! They try to put you through a stupid test: " Take a picture of what you received." A big put off. They won't answer me when I asked them to just send the ear pieces. NOPE! I think this is a shipping scam of a sort. Ran into this with other vendors. Think I'll contact the Federal Trade Commission...

The Nano CIC are just an amplifier, no matter what they tell you. I had to use the smallest dome to get it in my ear, the left one later came off, required trip to doctors office to get removed and you have to purchase the entire set of domes, even though you only need and can use one. I purchased a set of hearing aids from Costco and could actually hear the birds in the tree across the street, nearly drove me crazy, but the NANO CIC, I had no idea the birds were even there. My NANO's lasted about 6 months before they made the garbage.

I have had a problem with the hearing aids since August 2022 when I received the first pair and heard nothing but whistling which irritated my ears. I called NANO and they told me to return them, which I did and they sent another pair. This exchange process happened three more times. They received the last return shipment on February 20, 2023. I was informed they would be checked and I would receive a refund. I sent three e-mails asking for the status of the return with no response. I called today March 23,2023, and was told I owed $79 for repair. I asked for a supervisor and discussed the situation with the answer being (no resolution. The Supervisor never did get to actually use them. The site says there is a one year warranty. Also, they send $50 worth of free batteries which are marked expiration date March 2022.

They will not refund. Bought on1/26/2023 and called and got RMA # on 2/13/2023. Mailed them back on 2/14/2023. They received them on 2/16/2023 The online ads say they will refund within one business day, not true. Today is 3/10/2023 and no refund. This company is a total fraud and should be put out of business. Have filed a complaint with FTC and Florida AG. If this does not work I will take to court. PS: I filed a dispute with the credit card company and they refunded my money right away.
