Order an in the ear hearing aid that didn't work for my elderly mother. Called within the 45 days for required RMA number for $300 refund. Was offered the $500 over the ear model 'at no charge'. First over the ear wouldn't charge so they sent a second pair which didn't work for my Mom. Come to find out 45 day REFUND started with the original CIC request. So my Mom is our $300 and hearing aids she can't return (because they won't issue an RMA number).

I rate them( -1 star ). The company is a rip-off for people and especially SENIORS. I read the BBB reviews after being ripped off for 599. I have seen the same complaint I have after returning the hearing aids. They tell you your hearing aids were damaged, and you get no refund ( They got damaged at the warehouse). They stated a 45-day guarantee they would return your money. I returned them on 4/11/23. They received them on 4/17 and they sent an email return ok. I called on 5/12 because I never got my money back. NOW the WAREHOUSE CLAIMS MERCHANDISE DAMAGED. THEY have PICTURES. ? Really Too late, manager FRANK ALVARADO can't do anything. He is part of the scam. LIARS, THE SCAM IS AT THE WAREHOUSE. They are quick to send them out. You don't know if they are damaged or not. When you return them, the claim is destroyed. I saw the same claim from a person on BBB on 1/13/23 when I put in one on 5/12/23. I called Georgia Attorney General's Office to put in my complaint to have them investigated. Vermont Attorney General Sues them. 2023 I called to be a part of that one too. They Must be STOPPED

I tried to send the first awful set back and they talked me into the second. Each one was awful. So I sent them back as advertised "Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back". I found out that my money will not be returned because I failed to understand the Return Approval Process. So right now they have two sets of hearing aids plus my money.

I returned the merchandise, the aids did not hold a charge. This was in April. I have sent email after email to obtain a credit and although Nano acknowledge receipt of the items, no credit has been applied. Instead, strangely written emails telling me I am in a queue with no date to expect satisfaction.

Such a trap, but one they will make sure you will be trapped not to get the refund. Horrible ALL products

Left side came apart first 2 months ago as of today's date R side came apart ,nano came back with regular hoopla as replacement after it sent back and charges that could incur,but since they were out of the refund period was up ,they might replace or charge depending on their evaluation,it sounds to me like a constant money scam , will contact A.G. South Carolina today to see if they might help

I'd love to give this ponzi scheme company -10 stars if I could! Good luck contacting anyone for return then after they stall for weeks they reluctantly give the RMA number but after the products are returned they not only refuse to state which items are missing (their fraudulent reasons to keep the products to resell) but they refuse the refund too! So we pay for nothing? Yeah this is the definition of a ponzi scheme! They're false advertising of Bluetooth plus the crappy app skims the phone for personal data. BUYERS BEWARE RUN DON'T BUY I DIDN'T DO MY DUE DILIGENCE! I've filed numerous complaints but we need to gather people for a class action lawsuit against these scammers! I'M MAD AS HELL AND I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE! UPDATE-THAT'S THE SAME BULLSHIGGIDY RESPONSE EVERYONE RECEIVES! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was refunded because I fought like hell with Afterpay. I still have TXAG & BBB complaints submitted! I'll keep reaching out to lawyers that take on class action suits. Y'all need to be stopped permanently!

My 97 year old dad bought these and didn't like them so he called to get a RMA number and after several attempts he finally got it but they insisted on sending him another pair which he told them over and over that he did not want another pair. Needless to say another pair was sent and when we called to try and return them we were told that his window for sending them back had expired. They take advantage of the elderly and will be reported to everyone that i can. Terrible customer service do not buy! they also advertise as hearing aids and they are not, they are amplifiers. False Advertising!
